We have had the privilege of working with an outstanding realtor, Keegan Latta, of Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net. In our experience, we have never known of a realtor to go so far above and beyond what was expected. Keegan diligently and patiently helped us find the perfect place for our needs and dreams. When we ended up building a new home, Keegan showed even more care to us. Because we were in the unique situation of being in another city far away, he went out of his way to send us pictures throughout the building [process] and to help us as much as he could with choosing our carpet, paint, etc. He answered any questions we have had along the way, and if he didn't know the answer, he found someone who did. We feel as though we didn't just have a realtor, but that we have a new friend, and we are so deeply grateful to Keegan for his help. We recommend him in the highest regard for future work!
Thanks so much for helping us find our home! You were so incredibly helpful during the entire process.

What Keegan Has To Offer
- Licensed Realtor®
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
- Dedication to My Clients
- Familiarity with the Bozeman Area
I was born in Jackson Hole, Wyoming- a fifth generation, Wyoming native. Growing up in Pinedale, Wyoming, I worked on a local ranch in the summer, camped on the many mountain lakes in the Wind River Mountains, and fly-fished the blue ribbon streams of Sublette County. I enjoyed hunting in the Upper Green River Basin and headwaters of the Colorado River system, and scouting out the best waterfowl spots for ducks and geese. Winter, of course, was reserved for skiing.
After graduating high school, I packed my car and fly rods and moved to Bozeman, Montana to pursue a degree in Business Management. Following my graduation from MSU, I opted to stay in Bozeman and worked for several local businesses before returning home to do masonry for several years. Bozeman kept calling to me; a common effect on those who have spent time here. I packed my bags, once again, and moved back to beautiful Bozeman. Having always wanted to work in sales, I found myself in Real Estate in 2015 and have enjoyed every minute of it.
I approach life, and of course my career as a real estate agent, with some of the lessons outlined in the book, Cowboy Ethics, written by James P. Owen.
