I googled 'Bozeman realtor for first time home buyer' and hit the jackpot when Jen Lower's name came up. She knows the Bozeman market upside down, is well versed on home construction, and what is worth fixing up and what isn't... she has great connections for mortgage loans, insurance, and whatever else a first time home buyer would need. I would definitely recommend her.
Jen was nothing short of amazing. She took the time to visit at least 30 properties with me- always returned calls/texts/emails promptly, and worked hand-in-hand with my mom and I to help make sure that my first time buying a home went smoothly. She's extremely easy to spend an afternoon with and has knowledge in construction, remodels, and anything home related. I will be passing her name along to any friends or family looking for homes in the greater Bozeman area! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Jen helped us both purchase our first home, and then sell it! We also decided to rent our house out for a short period of time and Jen helped us find an amazing property management company to help us manage that process. She made both the buying and selling processes so easy and was always so patient and helpful in answering all of our questions!! Jen has become a family friend in the process of all of this, and we will DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone with real estate needs in the area!!!!
5 stars all around for Jenifer! I couldn't have asked for a better agent for my first home buying experience. Jenifer helped me every step of the way. Buying a house in this market can be very frustrating and Jenifer was very patient with what I wanted. She was honest and patient throughout the whole process and always responded to any emails or calls right away. In the end we were able to find everything I was looking for and at a good price. If there was a place I wanted to see, we were in the next day. She has great knowledge of the area and I would highly recommend Jenifer and her whole staff for an outstanding buying experience! Thank you!
The Bozeman Montana Real Estate.net team was really aggressive in selling our home. I have been in real estate for 35 years and most agents just take the listing and put it on the multiple listing service (MLS) then sit and wait for it to sell so they can get their commission. Jen and her team were not like this at all - she pursued all avenues and initiated ALL the right moves to keep our home in the fore-front of the market. I am thankful we have her.
Very knowledgeable and committed! Jenifer has sold two houses for us and found us one. Will definitely be our agent whenever we are looking for a change : ) I have also recommended her to friends who are just as impressed as we are.
I listed my property with Jen and her service was magnificent. Her wisdom in pricing was coupled with adroit mediation skills. We sold the property to our first interested buyer for more than we imagined it was worth! And her attention to the details was simply impeccable..."

I was raised in the Rocky Mountains and have always loved the outdoors, so the move to Montana in 2000 was a beautiful experience. I have always enjoyed interacting with people, and it is a joy to be able to share our wonderful community with clients and friends.
At age 18 I got started in the real estate industry as a property manager, with more than 35 homes in my portfolio of rentals. I attended Missouri Western State University to become a paralegal with an emphasis in Real Estate Law. After determining that 8 hours a day behind a desk was not something I was well suited for, I turned to the industry of home building. I received my General Contractors license in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Montana and was on site, building homes for the next 10 years. Only when I sustained a serious injury did I decide I could no longer continue building due to the physical demands involved. Becoming a real estate agent was the next logical step!
I received my license to sell as a real estate agent in the state of Montana in 2005 and have been pursuing it passionately ever since. I feel that my experience in property management and as a general contractor were perfect stepping stones to becoming a real estate agent. The knowledge and expertise I gained along the way are simply invaluable.
